The price does not include the shipping costs from MSV to the customer, but does include the return shipping costs from the customer to MSV. A DHL return label is enclosed with the shipment. The rental period for the test racquet is 10 days, calculated from the day of delivery to the customer to the day of return shipment (handover to DHL) by the customer. A surcharge of €2 per day will be charged for each day of delayed shipping. If the rental period is exceeded by more than 10 days, the full purchase price for the racket will be charged. If the customer decides to purchase a new racquet within 14 days of the return shipment, €14.90 will be credited towards the purchase of the new racquet.
